Properties and Applications

In concentrated sulfuric acid for dark orange, dilution after yellow brown, and accompanied by precipitation; In concentrated nitric acid for brown light olive; In a dilute sodium hydroxide solution for wine. Dye aqueous solution to join concentrated hydrochloric acid have orange precipitation.
