Biologische Aktivität

Selective, reversible monoamine oxidase B (MAO-B) inhibitor (IC 50 values are 0.03 and > 100 μ M for MAO-B and MAO-A respectively). Inhibits monoamine uptake at high concentrations (IC 50 values are 86, 123 and > 500 μ M for noradrenalin, serotonin and dopamine uptake respectively).
