Verwenden

RTI-113 is a 3-phenyltropane analogue that acts as a potent and selective dopamine uptake inhibitor. RTI-113 has been shown to reduce cocaine self-administration at high occupancy of dopamine transporter. Studies suggest that RTI-113 and its analogs may be useful tools for developing potential agonist therapies for cocaine dependence.
