H-GLU-ASP-OH Chemische Eigenschaften,Einsatz,Produktion Methoden
Beschreibung
H-GLU-ASP-OH is a dipeptide synthesised from two amino acids (glutamic acid and aspartic acid). It is present in the blood of patients with Gaucher disease and can be used as a diagnostic indicator of the disease. It is also an intermediate in the synthesis of glycoproteins and proteoglycans, which are important components of connective tissue. It has been found to be hydrophobic and acidic and therefore can be used in reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) analysis. It is also important for the production of interleukins, which may play a role in Gaucher disease.
