Synthese

In 2015, Michael et al.[1] obtained perfluorinated isobutylamide by reacting perfluorinated isobutylamide with ammonia gas, then perfluorinated isobutylamide underwent dehydration reaction under the action of pyridine and trifluoroacetic anhydride, and perfluorinated isobutylnitrile with 75% yield (Fig. 6).
