Elubrixin inhibits ex vivo neutrophil activation and ozone-induced airway inflammation in humans. demonstrates dose-dependent effects on neutrophil activation and recruitment within a well-tolerated dose range. SB-656933 may be an effective agent in neutrophil-predominant diseases.
