Uses

1,4-Cyclohexadiene Monoepoxide is a synthetic intermediate. It is used as a reactant in the enantioselective formal synthesis of 4-demethoxydaunomycin. Also used in the asymmetric synthesis of β-amino and vicinal amino alcohols.
