  • Microbial hydroxylation of antibiotics
  • Electrochemical fluorination of trialkylamines and tetraalkylammonium salts
  • Fluorination of pyrethroides

Reactant for synthesis of:
  • γ-Hydroxy-α-fluoro-α-trifluoromethylcarboxamide
  • Florfenicol and thiamphenicol

General Description

GC analysis includes Et2NCF=CFCF3 (two isomers), both of which are active fluorinating agents.

Synthesis

N,N-diethyl-1,1,2,3,3,3-hexafluoropropylamine is prepared as follows: take 600-700 portions of dichloromethane, add 65-85 portions of diethylamine, lower the temperature to -5 to -25 , pass 110 portions of -165 portions of hexafluoropropylene after the reaction for 1h. 165 portions of hexafluoropropylene, pass through the reaction after 1h, get fluoride reagent standby; the addition amount of diethylamine is preferably 75-80 portions, the addition amount of hexafluoropropylene is preferably 160-165 portions.
