Uses
Triphenylsilylamine is used as a reagent to produce 2-Amino-3-hydroxy-indoles with potent in vivo antimalarial activity. Triphenylsilylamine is also used to modify Mo/HZSM-5 catalysts and is predicted to have effects on selectivity in the methane-to-benzene (MTB) reaction.
