Uses

L-759,656 is a potent CB2-selective annabinoid receptor antagnoist.

Biological Activity

Highly selective CB 2 receptor agonist (K i values are 11.8 and 4888 nM for CB 2 and CB 1 receptors respectively). Potently inhibits forskolin-stimulated cAMP production via CB 2 receptors expressed in CHO cells (EC 50 = 3.1 nM).
