용도
Isolated from Streptomyces conglobatus, conglobatin has a unusual, dimeric, macrolide dilactone structure with pendant oxazole groups. Conglobatin exhibits an IC50 of 0.63 μg/ml in a NFAT-dependant transcription assay.
