마두렌신 C화학적 특성, 용도, 생산

개요

A hepatotoxic alkaloid first obtained from Crotalaria madurensis and given the formula ClsH2S06N, revised to that given above by Crout. The base has also been obtained from the seeds of C. laburnifolia var. eldomae indigenous to Kenya and Tanzania. It forms short, colourless needles from Me2CO and on acid hydrolysis furnishes crotanecine and integerrinecic acid.
