Uses | Beta-hydroxyisovalerylshikonin is a natural product isolated from Lithospermum erythrorhizon, acts as a potent inhibitor of protein tyrosine kinases (PTK), with IC50s of 0.7μM and 1μM for EGFR and v-Src receptor, respectively.
