What is L-Erythrulose ?
L-Erythrulose is used as a tanning agent in the cosmetics industry and a source of chiral ethyl ketones used in aldo reaction organic synthesis.It is generally used in combination with dihydroxyacetone DHA. The DHA color is deepened and the fraction is more uniform. The dosage: 1%-3% below 40 °C
