储存:将试剂盒存放在4°C。请勿冷冻。
稳定性:如果储存得当,糖链测序试剂盒至少稳定12个月。几天内暴露在环境温度下不会降低活性。
纯度:所有QA-Bio酶都通过在37°C下将10 μg变性BSA与2 μl酶共孵化24小时来测试污染性蛋白酶。经处理的BSA的SDS-PAGE分析显示没有降解迹象。
QA-Bio的重组酶的生产宿主菌株经过广泛测试,不产生任何可检测的糖苷酶。从天然来源纯化的酶会测试污染性外糖苷酶。通过与相应的pNP-糖苷长时间孵化,确认不存在外糖苷酶污染物。
