作用机理:塞拉菌素的作用机理与其他阿维菌素类药物相同,一方面能作为γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)的激动剂引发突触前GABA的释放,进而引起膜对Cl¯通透性的增加,另一方面药物能使谷氨酸控制的氯离子通道开放,使Cl¯通透性增加导致膜电位超极化,从而阻断神经信号的传导,引起虫体发生快速、致死性和非Chemicalbook痉挛性的神经肌肉麻痹而死亡。因吸虫和绦虫不具有GABA神经传导递质和谷氨酸控制的Cl¯通道,所以该类药物对其无驱杀作用。无脊椎动物的药物结合位点在外周组织,而哺乳动物的药物结合位点在中枢神经系统,由于血脑屏障的作用该类药物极少能进入脑组织,因此该类药物对绝大多数哺乳动物是安全的。
用途:宠物猫狗的成年蚤、丝虫及疥癣的体内外杀虫剂
