IL-1 RAcP分子背景
白细胞介素-1受体辅助蛋白（IL1RAP或IL-1RAcP）也称为白细胞介蛋白-1受体3（IL-1R-3或IL-1R3），C3orf13，属于白细胞介素-1受体家族。IL1RAP包含三个Ig样C2型（免疫球蛋白样）结构域和一个TIR结构域。IL1RAP在肝脏、皮肤、胎盘、胸腺和肺中检测到。IL-1R3/IL1RAP是IL1R1的共受体，与IL1R1结合IL1B形成高亲和力白细胞介素-1受体复合物，介导白细胞介导NF-kappa-B和其他途径的白细胞介介素依赖性激活。
