IL-1 RII分子背景
白细胞介素-1受体2型（IL1R2）也被称为CD121抗原样家族成员B（CDw121b），IL-1 II型受体，IL-1受体II型，属于白细胞介蛋白-1受体家族。已经鉴定出能够特异性结合IL1的两种不同类型的IL1受体，分别命名为IL1RI（IL1RA）和IL1RII（IL1RB）。IL1R2是IL1A、IL1B和IL1RN的非信号受体，可降低IL1B活性。通过与IL1B竞争性结合并阻止其与IL1R1结合，充当诱饵受体。IL1R2在与IL1B结合后通过与IL1RAP的非信号关联调节细胞反应。IL1R2（膜型和分泌型）优先结合IL1B，弱结合IL1A和IL1RN。分泌型IL1R2以高亲和力招募分泌型IL1RAP；这种复合物的形成可能是分泌/可溶性受体中和IL1B的主要机制。
