PTP σ Inhibitor, ISP can bind to recombinant human PTP and inhibit PTP σ Signal transduction peptides are straight chain peptides composed of 35 amino acids. PTP σ Inhibitor, ISP can penetrate cell membranes and alleviate axonal sprouting inhibition mediated by chondroitin sulfate proteoglycans (CSPG) in spinal cord injury models. PTP σ Inhibitor, ISP enhances LPC induced myelin regeneration in demyelinated spinal cord. PTP σ Inhibitor, ISP can also promote the migration, maturation, myelin regeneration, and functional recovery of oligodendrocyte progenitor cells (OPC) in animal models of multiple sclerosis (MS)
