背景(Background)
疱疹病毒进入介质(HVEM)也称为TNFRSF14、TR2(TNF受体样分子)和ATAR(另一种TRAF相关受体),是属于TNF/NGF受体超家族的I型膜蛋白。在外周血T细胞、B细胞、单核细胞和富含淋巴细胞的各种组织中检测到HVEM表达。HVEM的细胞外结构域已被证明与单纯疱疹病毒包膜糖蛋白D(gD)直接相互作用。两种TNF超家族配体,包括分泌的TNFβ(淋巴毒素α)和膜蛋白LIGHT(淋巴毒素,表现出可诱导的表达,并与HSV糖蛋白D竞争T淋巴细胞表达的受体HVEM),已被证明是HVEM的细胞配体。除了HVEM,LIGHT还可以与淋巴毒素αβ异三聚体的受体LTβR相互作用。HVEM LIGHT/LTβ受体配体对在免疫功能和疱疹病毒病理生物学中的作用仍有待阐明。
