[药理作用] 木酚素的分子结构与内源性类固醇性激素相似，临床实验证实含木酚素的饮食能够显著降低血中的17贝塔雌二醇和硫酸雌激素酮的浓度，增加乳激素水平，尤其对乳腺癌、前列腺癌、绝经期综合征、心血管病和骨质疏松有一定的预防作用。亚麻木酚素主要存在于亚麻籽中，其含量取决于亚麻品种、气候和生态条件。
