Cetilistat Impurity 1

Cetilistat impurity 1 is also known as Cetilistat Impurity 8 or 2-(dodecyloxy)-6-methyl-4H-benzo[d][1, 3]oxazin-4-one. This compound is an impurity of Cetilistat which is an inhibitor of pancreatic lipase, and acts as an effective anti-obesity agent. Cetilistat inhibits rat and human pancreatic lipase activity with IC50s of 54.8 nM, and 5.95 nM, respectively.
