TALATISAMINE химические свойства, назначение, производство
Описание
A further atisine alkaloid, this base is found in Aconitum talassicum and forms
colourless crystals from EtOH. It is optically inactive and yields crystalline
salts with mineral acids, e.g. the hydrochloride, m.p. 195-6°C; hydro bromide
dihydrate, m.p. 78-80°C; hydriodide trihydrate, m.p. 67.5-68.5°C; [α]D- 12.8° (H20). The anhydrous form of the last salt decomposes at 130-1°C. The
methiodide has m.p. 220-1°C and the alkaloid also yields a monoacetate, m.p.
97-8°C and the diacetate, m.p. 127-9°C; [α]D - 5.05° (MeOH), indicating the
presence of two hydroxyl groups in the molecule. The structure has been
elucidated on the basis of the NMR spectra of the acetyl benzoyl derivative and
two products of the pyrolysis of the diacetyl compound, viz. pyroacetyltalatis_x0002_amine and isopryoacetyltalatisamine. The stability of the alkaloid in hot 50 per
cent H2S04 is in good agreement with the above structure.
