EXAMPLE V 1-phenyl-3-phenyl-2-thiohydantoin STR11 A mixture of N-phenyl glycine (7.5 gram, 0.05 mole) and phenylisothiocyanate (8 grams, 0.06 mole) was heated at 150° C. for 3 hours with stirring. The reaction mixture solidified, was ground up, and crystallized from toluene, twice, to produce 5 grams (37% yield) of the above-identified product having a melting point of about 214° C.
