A suspension of 3-aminopyrazole (0.94 g, 11.30 mmol) and compound 10-4 (2.35 g, 12.45 mmol) in acetonitrile (50 mL) was treated with potassium carbonate (3.91 g, 28.28 mmol), and then the mixture was heated To 50°C, and keep at this temperature for 8h. The mixture was cooled to 25°C, and the insoluble matter was filtered off. The supernatant was concentrated and purified by column chromatography (0% to 50% methanol/dichloromethane) to obtain pure product 8-7 (1.23g, 57%)
