2 Synthesis of Intermediate E
In an argon (Ar) atmosphere, THF / water (18.7 g of 1,5-dibromonaphthalene, 2.86 g of phenylboronic acid, 0.813 g of Pd (PPh3) 4, and 5.15 g of K2CO3 dissolved in a 1 L three-necked flask ( 360 mL of the mixed solution of 8: 2) was heated and stirred at 70 ° C. for 5 hours.
