Steps:

Step B: 1 -cyclopropylpiperazine hydrochloride

To a solution of the product from Step A (1.11 g, 5.00 mL) in EA (5 mL)was added HC1/EA (10 mL). After stirring at room temperature for 6 hrs, the mixture was concentrated to dryness to give the title product (1.14 g) as a white solid which was used for the next step directly.
