Steps:
3-acetyl-3-fluorodihydrofuran-2(3H)-one (26 g, 0.178 mol) was added to the solution of KI (12 g, 0.07 mol) in NMP(50 ml) dropwise at 190° C. under a pressure of 0.5 bar. By distilling off continuously, 8 g of crude product was obtained and the crude product was purified by distillation again at 100° C. under a pressure of 0.5 bar to give 1-(1-fluorocyclopropyl)ethanone as light yellow oil (3.3 g, yield: 18%). 1H NMR (CDCl3 400 MHz): δ2.40 (s, 3H), 1.38-1.33 (m, 4H)
