76 Manufacture of 1H-indazole 4-carbonitrile
4-bromo-1H-indazole (100 mg) was melted in N-methyl pyrrolidone (2 ml), a zinc cyanide (60%, 100 mg) and tetrakis (triphenyl phosphine) palladium (88 mg) were added, and it agitated at 85 degrees C for 17 hours. Water was added to the reaction solution and ethyl acetate extracted the object. The organic layer was dried and concentrated in vacuum with anhydrous sodium sulfate. The mark compound (119 mg) was obtained by refining the obtained residue with silica gel column chromatography (column; Hi-FlashTM the amino Column, developing solvent:chloroform / methanol).
