Steps:

2.2.1 2.1 N, two N - (2 - hydroxyethyl) -3 - nitroaniline synthesis

Taking 3 - nitroaniline 5.52g (0.04 μM), adding 80mL25% of acetic acid aqueous solution, under ice bath dropwise ethylene oxide 10 ml. Raising the temperature to room temperature, stirring 72h, filtered, the filter cake is washed with water, drying to get yellow orange solid 8.02g, yield 88.5%. The resulting spectrogram consistent with literature reports.
