The synthesis method of 2,2-difluoroethyl acetate, the synthesis steps are as follows:Take 86.35g (1.1mol) of acetyl chloride and dissolve it in 100mL of dichloromethane to obtain a dichloromethane solution of acetyl chloride;Take 82g (1mol) of 2,2-difluoroethanol and lower the temperature to 5, and slowly add the dichloromethane solution of acetyl chloride dropwise at 5 (the dripping time is 1.5h), after the addition is complete, stir at 5 for 1.5 h, then add 202.38g (2mol) of triethylamine in 4 batches (the acid trap is generally added in 3 to 5 batches), and stir for 1.5h between the two drops of triethylamine for 1.5h. After the addition of ethylamine was completed, the reaction was maintained at 5°C until the 2,2-difluoroethanol was completely reacted, and then 200 mL of water was added to wash and separate the phases. The obtained organic phase was dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate and concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain 123.14g 2,2-Difluoroethyl acetate, the yield is 99.23%, the purity is 99.6%, the specific chemical reaction formula is as follows:
