Weigh 5.40 g (0.05 mol) of m-phenylenediamine into 80 mL of 1,2-dichloroethane, and stir at room temperature to dissolve it;To the above solution, 8.00 g (0.10 mol) of sulfur trioxide was slowly added, and the temperature was raised to 60 ° C, and the reaction was carried out for 10 hours.After completion of the reaction, filtration and drying gave 9.02 g of 2,4-diaminobenzenesulfonic acid, yield: 95.96%.
