General procedure A
General procedure: To a microwave vial was added 2,4-dichlorothienopyrimidines (5.0 mmol), appropriate amines (15 mmol), DIPEA (15 mmol), and IPA (10 mL). The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 3 hours. And then, the reaction mixture was evaporated and partitioned between dichloromethane (100 mL) and distilled water (15 mL). And then, the water layer was extracted twice with dichloromethane 30 ml each. The organic layer was filtered, and the obtained layer was evaporated in vacuo. The crude mixture was purified using MPLC to obtain compound 25 and 26a-d.
