Steps:

1.1 (1) Synthesis of compound 2:

Under nitrogen protection, to a solution of 4-morpholineethanesulfonic acid (2.1 g, 10 mmol) in anhydrous dichloromethane (50.0 mL), Add dropwise oxalyl chloride (1.7 mL, 20.0 mmol) and three drops of anhydrous dimethylformamide. The reaction mixture was stirred under an ice-water bath for 0.5 hours, then allowed to reach room temperature and stirred for 5 hours. After the reaction, the mixture was filtered to remove insoluble solids. Then the solvent was removed under vacuum to obtain compound 2 with a mass of 1.4 g and a yield of 67.3%.
