Steps:

1 Preparation of Compound 1-2

Compound (1-1) (9.10 g, 36.5 mmol) was dissolved in methanol, purged with nitrogen, added with Pd / C (10 wt%), replaced with hydrogen and stirred at room temperature for 1 hour. After completion of the reaction, the mixture was passed through Cellite to obtain the desired compound 1-2 (7.92 g, 99%).
