560g α-[2-(methylamino)ethyl]benzyl alcohol (0.85mol1.0eq) 25% dichloromethane solution and 280g benzene were pumped into the infusion pump mixer through the metering pump at 280g/min and 140g/min, respectively, and after full mixing, they entered the load with Re2O7(411g1.0eq) catalyst micro-packed bed reactor, the reaction temperature is 40-45 °C, the reaction time is 2min, the reaction solution is obtained, dichloromethane is recovered under atmospheric pressure at 45 °C, benzene is recovered under reduced pressure at 60 °C, enter the application system, the concentrate is added to 5V2% hydrochloric acid (700mL) 1V ethanol (140mL), heated to reflux, stirred for 1h, fully dissolved, cooled to 0-5 °C, stirred for 2-3 hours, filtered and dried to obtain N-methyl-3,3- Diphenylpropylamine hydrochloride 210.7g, purity 99.8%, yield 95.0%.
