Steps:

52.1 Step : 3-bromo-6-fluoro-1H-indole (38'-1)

Dissolve 6-fluoroindole (1g) in N,N-dimethylformamide (8mL), add N-bromosuccinimide (1.38g) in batches, and stir at room temperature for 2 hours. Add to saturated sodium chloride solution in batches, extract with ethyl acetate, concentrate the organic phase to dryness, and chromatograph with petroleum ether to obtain the pink oily 3-bromo-6-fluoro-1H-indole (38'-1 ) 1.6g, yield 100%.
