Take a 50mL round bottom flask, weigh out 2-hydroxypyridine (0.190g, 2.0mmol), 3-bromopropyne (0.262g, 2.2mmol), measure out 2.0mL of water, and weigh out tetrabutylammonium bromide (0.645g, 2.0mmol) and sodium hydroxide (0.088g, 2.2mmol), then magnetically stir the reaction at room temperature (TLC detection, the developing solvent is PE:EA=8:1) for 30min, the reaction is complete, add about 15.0mL acetic acid Ethyl ester, add an appropriate amount of 200-300 mesh silica gel, spin dry under reduced pressure, and separate by dry silica gel column chromatography (200-300 mesh) (eluent: VPetroleum ether:VEthyl acetate= 8:1) to the target product 2-propynyl 2-pyridyl etherwith a yield of 90%. 2-propynyl 2-pyridyl ether, a light yellow oil.
