Add 4 mL of levulinic acid and 1 mL of 80% hydrazine hydrate solution into a 10 mL glass tube reactor, seal the reactor, then heat the glass tube reactor to 100 °C, and react at 100 °C for 40 min to obtain a light yellow transparent solution (see figure 1).After cooling, the glass tube reactor was opened, the obtained glass tube reactor product was dissolved in methanol solution, and two internal standards (dimethyl succinate and anisole) were added to carry out gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) Analytical (qualitative) and gas chromatography-hydrogen ion flame detector (GC-FID) analysis (quantitative).GC-MS analysis was performed, and the methanol solution contained the main product 4,5-dihydro-6-methylpyridazin-3(2H)-one and unreacted levulinic acid (see Figure 2);Quantitative analysis by GC-FID (see Figure 3), the product contained 2.05g of 4,5-dihydro-6-methylpyridazin-3(2H))-one;The selectivity for 4,5-dihydro-6-methylpyridazin-3(2H)-one was 99% based on the hydrazine hydrate reaction.
