Steps:
3 Synthesis of the first step 4-(6-methoxypyridazin-3-yl)benzoic acid:
take 50 mL of reaction flask and add raw material 4-carboxyphenylboronic acid (522.8 mg, 3.15 mmol), 3-bromo-6-methoxy pyridazine (651 mg, 3.46 mmol), 8 mL of distilled water was added, 1.4-dioxane was added to dissolve, potassium carbonate (1.30 g, 9.45 mmol) was added, and tetrakis(triphenylphosphine) palladium (109.15 mg, 0.09 mmol), replaced N2and reacted at 90 °C for 5 h.After the reaction was completed, the reaction was cooled to room temperature, 1,4-dioxane was evaporated under reduced pressure, an appropriate amount of distilled water was added, suction filtration, the filtrate was placed in an ice bath, adjusted to pH=2 with 6N HCl, and a white solid was obtained. Precipitation, suction filtration, and ethanol recrystallization to obtain 528.1 mg of white solid, yield 72.87%;
