General procedure: Accordingly,10.06ml (79.0 mmol) of TMSCl was additionally added and 1 hour at 170°CAfter stirring for a while, the result prepared according to A-5 of step 1 was dropwise.Then, after heating and stirring for 14 hours, it was cooled in an ice bath,MeOH (20 ml) was slowly added to quench unreacted Na. Then, H 2 O (10 ml) was added slowly, and after stirring for 30 minutes, TFA (10 ml) was added.After stirring for 3 hours, a second precursor was obtained according to the method described above.
