Steps:

15.1 Step 1: Synthesis of compound 15-1

At room temperature, the compound 2-(5-fluoro-2-methoxyphenyl)acetic acid (4.0000g) was dissolved in dichloromethane (40.0000mL), under nitrogen protection, oxalyl chloride (3.3082g) was added under ice bath and DMF (0.1681 mL), after the addition was complete, return to room temperature and continue stirring for 2 hours. The reaction solution was directly concentrated to obtain the crude product of the target product 15-1, which was directly carried out to the next reaction.
