Steps:

6-chloropyridazine-3(2H)-one(100 mg, 0.77 mmol) And 4-aminophenylboronic acid pinacol ester (168 mg, 0.77 mmol)Was dissolved in 1,4-dioxane solution, and then Pd(PPh3)4 (89 mg, 0.08 mmol)And potassium carbonate aqueous solution (423 mg, 3.06 mmol)Was added.The reaction mixture was stirred in a microwave at 160° C. for 1.5 hours.When the reaction was completed, extraction was performed using distilled water and ethyl acetate, and the organic layer was dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate and filtered. The filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure, and the concentrate was purified by column chromatography to obtain the title compound.36 mg (25% yield) was obtained.
