85.1 Step 1:
Add 4-bromo-5-methyl-3-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazole (85-a, 2 g, 8.7 mmol) into a 100 mL single-necked bottle, add 40 mL of acetone as a solvent, and then sequentially Potassium carbonate (2.4 g, 17.4 mmol), iodomethane (2.4 g, 17.4 mmol) were added, and the mixture was stirred at 60° C. for 4 h.After the completion of the reaction was detected by TLC, the reaction solution was extracted with ethyl acetate, and the organic phase was concentrated to obtain 4-bromo-1,5-dimethyl-3-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazole (85-b, 1.82 g, 7.39 mmol, 85% yield).
