Reaction Conditions:

Stage #1:3-formyl-N-phenylbenzene-1-sulfonamide;trimethyl phosphonoacetate with potassium carbonate in tetrahydrofuran;water at 20; for 1 h;Wittig-Horner Reaction;
Stage #2: with water;sodium hydroxide in tetrahydrofuran at 30; for 1 h;

5 Embodiment 5: preparation of compound VI
Weighing 449 mg (1.72mmol) compound V for 100 ml pear-shaped bottle, then add 8 ml of tetrahydrofuran is dissolved, the 712 mg (5.16mmol) potassium carbonate dissolved in 5 ml water, the spare; V to the compound added to the tetrahydrofuran solution (THF) 418 μ L (2.58mmol) trimethyl phosphonoacetate and spare potassium carbonate aqueous solution, stirring the mixture at room temperature for 1h. Then to the reaction solution by adding 5mL2M of sodium hydroxide solution, 30 °C stirring 1h. After the reaction by adding a small amount of water to the reaction solution, ethyl acetate wash 2 times, for water 2M of the hydrochloric acid solution to adjust pH to 2-3, solid is separated out, drying after filtration, the white solid obtained, yield 92.1%.
