Compound F (14.41 g, 50 mmol), compound F1-1 (28.39 g, 200 mmol), cesium carbonate (48.87 g, 150 mmol) and DMF (433 ml) were added to the flask.After reacting at room temperature for 24 hours, after completion of the reaction, filtration, concentration, and column chromatography with a mixture of ethyl acetate and dichloromethane.The crude product was recrystallized from methylene chloride and methanol to afford Intermediate S1 (14.24 g, 90%).
