Steps:

3 Synthesis of Compound 1-7.
To a solution of Compound 1-6 (0.5 g, 1.86 mmol) in DMSO (5 mL) was added cyclohexylamine (0.6 g, 5.6 mmol) and triethylamine (0.6 g, 5.6 mmol), then the mixture was stirred at 100 °C for 16 hours. The mixture was poured into ice water, filtered, the filter cake was washed with DMSO/H2O =1/1. The crude product was recrystallized from EtOH to give Compound 1-7 (58 mg, 9.6 %) as a yellow solid. NMR (DMSO-de, 400 MHz): d (ppm) 15.54 (s, IH), 8 62 (s, IH), 7.17 (s, 2H), 6.15 (s, IH), 6.01 (s, IH), 4.33 (s, 2H), 3.49 (s, IH), 1.90-1.93 (d, 2H, j 6.01 1/). 1.72-1.76 (m, 2.1 1).. 1.62-1.65 (m, IH), 1.27-1.44 (m, 7H), 1.14-1.20 (m, IH); MS: 348.2 [M+l]
