Calycosin-7-glucoside is mainly used to improve immune function, enhance antioxidant, anti-radiation and anti-cancer effects, and protect cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and lung effects. Its synthesis method is that : The 3'-acetoxy-7-O-β-D-tetraacetylglucosamine isoflavone glycosides in methanol and sodium methoxide were stirred and reacted, and the mixture was neutralized and purified with 732 cation exchange resin to obtain Calycosin-7-glucoside.

3: potassium carbonate; tetrabutylammomium bromide / N,N-dimethyl-formamide; acetone / 24 h / 20 °C / Inert atmosphere
4: sodium methylate / methanol / 2 h / 0 °C
