Reaction Conditions:
with hydrogenchloride;water at 25; for 24 h;
Steps:
A solution of 3 (2.0 g, 6.38 mmol) in concentrated HCl solution(20 mL) was stirred at 25 °C for 24 h. After the reaction was completed,water (100 mL) was added to the solution. The mixture was extractedby ethyl acetate (50 mL) for three times, the combined organic layerwas washed by H2O (50 mL) and brine, dried over anhydrous Na2SO4and concentered under reduced pressure to afford compound 4 as orangesolid (1.55 g, 85%), mp 223-225 °C, 1H NMR (400 MHz DMSO-d6) δ 12.20 (bs, 1H), 8.46 (s, 1H), 7.24 (s, 1H), 2.72 (dd,J=13.2, 6.8 Hz, 4H), 2.51-2.50 (m, 4H), 1.95-1.81 (m, 4H).
