S.1 Synthesis Example 1
Synthesis Example 1 [Synthesis of compound (2) by method (A)] To a solution of 80 mg of 1,1,3-trimethyl-2-oxa-4-aminoindan and 50 mg of triethylamine in 5 ml of tetrahydrofuran was added dropwise with stirring below 5° C. of inner temperature under ice cooling, a solution of 89 mg of 5-chloro-1,3-dimethylpyrazole-4-carbonyl chloride in 2 ml of tetrahydrofuran, followed by stirring at room temperature overnight. The reaction mixture was extracted with water and chloroform. The organic layer was washed with water, dried and concentrated. The residue was purified by silica gel thin layer chromatography to obtain 119 mg of N-(1,1,3-trimethyl-2-oxa-4-indanyl)-5-chloro-1,3-dimethylpyrazole-4-carboxamide.
